Roaring Twenties Star Costume
Enjoy the glamour of the 1920's being the belle of the ball with the Bali dress in Moonlight!
For the long delicate gown that you would envision a vintage dress cut on the bias to look, I used the Bali Dress in Moonlight by Echoing Waters:

I chose a pair of earrings that matched the atmosphere of the headdress to really show off that sparkle and added a variety of handmade and vintage silver necklaces:
